Lightweight LithiumNEXT batteries

The new generation of lithium car batteries LithiumNEXT represents the easiest and, surprisingly, the cheapest way to reduce the weight of the car. More precisely, these are LiFePO4 car batteries, which are characterized by a very low weight from approx. 6.2 kg in the case of STREET batteries for year-round civilian operation, over 3.8 kg in the case of TRACK batteries intended for track days and seasonal civilian operation, up to purely racing batteries of the series RACE whose weight starts at 2.5 kg!

LithiumNEXT STREET and TRACK series are the first lithium batteries on the market that are enclosed in an OEM battery case identical to a standard lead acid battery. Thanks to this, the battery is installed as a direct replacement for the original battery without the need to use a specific reducer or case. They are also compatible with cars equipped with IBS battery management (typically for cars from 2019). For cars equipped in this way, it is only necessary to register the battery in the car with the required parameters using diagnostics (the same procedure as when replacing it with another standard lead-acid battery).

All LithiumNEXT lithium batteries have a display on top that shows the current charge level when you press a button.

LithiumNEXT STREET - lithium car batteries suitable for year-round operation on normal roads. Their weight starts at 6.2 kg and they are fully compatible with cars equipped with IBS management. The battery has a standard size without the need to use an adapter or a special case. The weight saving is usually around 15 kg or more. STREET series batteries can also be used in winter.

LithiumNEXT TRACK - these are batteries developed primarily for seasonal operation outside of winter with regular use on track days. The weight of TRACK batteries starts at 3.8 kg, but compatibility with IBS battery management in modern cars is maintained. These are batteries with maximum weight savings, but maintaining a substantial degree of usability in normal operation.

LithiumNEXT RACE - specific lithium batteries designed exclusively for motorsport. LithiumNEXT batteries of the RACE series provide maximum weight savings with their weight from 2.5 kg. They have a compact body, but require a specific method of attachment using a case and possibly an adapter if the battery will be placed in the place of the original lead-acid battery. LithiumNEXT RACE batteries do not support IBS battery management.
